service, we closely monitor rental payments we receive once a
property is let. If it becomes necessary, we will remind tenants of
their responsibility and keep you informed, so we can take the
appropriate action to secure payment. You will never have to wonder
whether your rent has been paid or not. Once we have received and
allocated payment from the tenant, we guarantee you will receive
payment within 5 working days.
